Wachovia switch to Wells Fargo

Has anyone else noticed that service has gone to shit in the past few months since the systems started integrating?

I fired them two weeks ago.

Their service wasn't stellar to begin with. Certainly isn't anymore.

I stopped banking with First Union when Walkoveryou gobbled them up.

It helped that I moved out of country, so there's that.
