He was probably just embarrassed to be seen wearing and using girly shoes. But yeah, he is cool and funny from what I have seen.

The GMs had to know that would happen if they made ruby slippers. And it's based on OOG stuff, but it isn't really OOC.

The reason it's OOC is because it's an extremely well known line from an extremely well known movie that will jar many players from their suspension of disbelief.
