Bolt AS Formula?

Since I can't find it anywhere in thirty seconds of googling/krakiipedia-ing/searching here...

What's the formula for calculating Bolt AS? More specifically, what effect does Dexterity have on it? I've always assumed (incorrectly, it would seem) that it was Spell Aiming Bonus alone that factored in. What else is there to consider? Is the actual formula known?

same as the normal AS formula but substitute DEX for STR? That's my guess.

Yeah.. spell aiming + dexterity bonus = bolt AS

If it's seeming odd.. check spells, spirit, etc.
