It's based on ranger ranks and you can overtrain with no cap.

Yes. GM Mestys blew my mind with that little tidbit not too long ago. Still, even though the maneuver bonus is uncapped, we don't know how much it helps exactly versus critter maneuvers. Against CMANs, however, I get a +15 bonus from 618.
