**Disclaimer: I never have casted Phoen's Strength from a scroll, however I do sometimes rummage in my cloak for a spell and then cast it without looking at the other spells on the scroll, so i may have used some of the other spells on the scroll. But most likely the majority of them are fresh.**

It takes you a moment to focus on the aged scroll.
On the aged scroll you see
(108) Stun Relief
(602) Resist Elements
(606) Phoen's Strength
(101) Spirit Warding I
(113) UnDisease

On the torn paper you see
(107) Spirit Warding II
(617) Sneaking
(606) Phoen's Strength
(119) Spirit Dispel
(606) Phoen's Strength

On the golden parchment you see
(612) Breeze
(606) Phoen's Strength
(114) UnPoison
(108) Stun Relief

You should be able to cast 704 on the scrolls to see if they are still "fresh" (i.e., if they phase normally, then they are not locked). Not sure whether that is a feature or a bug...

I've already told him about using 704. Problem is he also uses 125 to open his boxes so any scroll that came from a box will look infusable but won't take charges. Still probably a lot of infusable ones in his auctions but you won't know until you try.
