I think my computer auto updated last night. Only story window loads then crashes in about 20 sec. What gives?

Read the forums. Basically, GS is up but something if fucking up with the firewall and the new data storage site. They're figuring it out asap.

So, after lots of hair pulling and wailing and gnashing of teeth from our IT folks who were trying to diagnose the problem, it turns out that none of the major issues were likely related to our firewalls and networks.

Apparently, our Hosting Facility borked our routing and our folks are on the phone with them now, trying to figure out where the error is.

We should be back up shortly. Hang in there!
