I use my laptop to play gs, and I currently have windows Xp, I don't MA or anything but I do like to script quite a bit, I'm currently mainly making my own scripts for Stormfront, but I'd like to use one of the other programs like lich, which one would use, and what all do I need to download to use it correctly on my laptop.

I dont understand your question of "which is better?".

Obviously Ruby/Lich is far superior than the SF scripting language.

You can't if you're staff. This is the only downside.
