ok, so it was a pawnshop find, but what's the going rate for a wand loading crossbow:

polished villswood heavy crossbow with a flame-etched tiller.

You see nothing unusual besides a small opening along the tiller that has a dazzling red glow surrounding it.

I bought a few different ones a couple weeks ago for like 75k each.

Just to point out - This particuliar item was sold in one instance at Ebon Gate in 2007 aswell as a second instance at Ebon Gate in 2008. Each time the off the rack price was 200k. Anything lower then this price is a bargain.

You're presuming that a lot of people didn't buy extras to resell. Selling below what some GM prices it at isn't a bargain everytime. It's all about supply and demand.
