New Arcane Items vs Old Arcane Items

Let's take small statues for example...

OLD: loresings that it's rechargeable but is NOT rechargeable

NEW: loresings that it's rechargeable and is rechargeable

I remember reading from ?Warden? about some kind of change to the arcane items and rechargeability, but I can't remember the details or if I saved it.

Bottom line...

Is it a bug that the old style statues cannot be charged or is it intended?

If you use them once, they should convert to actually being rechargeable. This was my experience when I opened a locker full of long-stored statues for recharging.
