Okay. I recently reformatted my computer, and was reinstalling Windows XP Pro.
Looked up the serial online, and those sites probably aren't the safest out there. Anyway, now my homepage is stuck at www.whatsfind.com/ads and I can't change it for some reason. I went to REGEDIT to try and fix the problem, and it says that it's been disabled by the system administrator.
Any help?

I knew this looked familiar.
There is a thread about a similar problems here.
You may wish to try some of the suggestions made by myself and others.

Ran Spybot Search and Destroy
Ran Ad Aware
Cleaned up about 90 files between them, but I still can't access regedit.

Try these sites, Edaarin. Both are discussing your problem, and there are suggestions as to how to eliminate it.

"Hijack this" solved my problem. Ad-aware, spybot, and AV7 cleaned up other shit but never fixed my home page. "Hijack this" did fix it all.

Glad to hear you were able to get rid of the nemesis, J-Tech and Edaarin. Sorry the monitor did not benefit, though. :D
