Minotaur.
You channel at a frothing red-eyed battle minotaur.
You concentrate intently on a frothing red-eyed battle minotaur, and a pulse of pearlescent energy ripples toward it!
CS: +xxx - TD: +57 + CvA: +25 + d100: +xx == +xxx
57 TD
The red-eyed battle minotaur stomps its hooves in the dirt and lowers its head.
The red-eyed battle minotaur charges in your direction. You leap to the side as minotaur slams into you.
... 35 points of damage!
Massive blow to your neck snaps it!
The very powerful look leaves you.
WTF, these things are young enough to have a 57 TD, but can kill someone with 60ish trainings?
DEX & AGI both in the mid 70's with positive bonuses (total is 15ish between them).

You feel the memory of Wezas blend with yours for a moment, and see their location as they last saw it:
[Solhaven, North Market]
The crush of the crowd is almost overwhelming here in the center of the market. Peddlers wheeling small carts push their way through, shouting loudly. Nearby, a group of dwarves argue heatedly with a local merchant. You also see a dusky forest raccoon, the Mydnight disk, a grey wolf that is sitting, a rose-marrow potion, some ambrominas leaf, some haphip root, some basal moss, some basal moss, a tincture of haphip, an arrow, a bundle of wooden arrows, some aloeas stem, a bright chrysoberyl gem, an orc hide, the Muffinsmith's stall, the Small Blades stand, the Belts booth, a wooden bench with some stuff on it, an old barrel with some stuff on it and a squalid canvas pavilion.
Also here: Riscca, Kultug, Lord Chadj, Ineum who is sitting, Mydnight, Lord Fallon, Lord Bristenn, Great Lord Kaeser who is kneeling, Lord Sunfey who is sitting, Lorilea, Brynnely, Chomm who is sitting
Obvious paths: north, northeast, east, southeast, south, southwest, west

Wezas...how did you get to that level without meeting the Minos? If you think thats irritating try being even older and being killed by a krag dweller, younger at about 10 trainings(at least in GS3) and a manuever attack equal to the minos. Oh, also impervious to lots of spells. Can we say spell casting killer? My fighter ate both of them up, but my sorceress got killed about every time.
Why do you think rescues are so hard to get up there?

What's so whacked about a critter that can kill you but it's easy to kill? It just means the youngsters got a shot at being something other than speed bumps.
