Just find a merchant... There is about one a week for lightening. It'll be cheaper.

Never had to much luck with merchants. my cloak already feels light to me, it's only like 5-6 lbs.. I'd like to have it deepened once or twice if I could.

So not worth the waste of points to do this. Why not just sign up for premium and wait six months and stop wasting other's points for this? You could also find several merchants in that 6 months to lighten and deepen stuff.

Is there an easy way to go about finding these merchants? I have recently returned to the game, andI remember them being very infrequent and difficult to obtain services from.
