That is the one I have. Its is worn on your back.

There are definitely beltworn versions. I had one that I sold a while ago, but the troll arm sheaths were all hand sold by a live GM merchant, so I don't expect there to be many of them to start with.

After all my shit talking, mine is belt worn. I got it deepened so that it holds a 6lb weapon (compared to its 4lb default). It is still deepenable. I have no plans on selling it anytime soon, but here is some info for you.
