5x or better brawling weapon. +str enhancives a plus. I don't want to pay for flares, dw or cw weapons

5x or better Runestaff. Similiar to brawling weapon.

1000 lb sack

7x or better robes/light leathers with at least hcp

and obviously +str enhancives
