Pure mage help plox?

So, I've got 10 days left, decided to play the two major spell casters last.

I need just some basic stat info and where to put training points for a pure mage. I've yet to reroll so the faster someone can help me out the better.

2x spell aim
2x harness power
3x spell training or as close as you can to it

1.5x MIU
1x arcane symbols
1x elemental mana control
