In desperate need of Schooling...part 1

So a couple of unrelated (other than in my head) mechanics questions-

Does shield size affect ambushing or hiding...other than for RP reasons, should I consider swapping up from a medium shield to tower for my sword and board rogue?

Ambushing? Not that I've ever read or noticed.

The biggest impact is your dodging. If you're a dodgy rogue, a tower will hinder that.

Though you'll have much improved defense against bolt attacks and block more frequently.

My paladin uses a large shield (2x) and I don't even train dodging.

Yes i agree with you that when you are desperate than you need schooling must.It is good for you.
