fixstat advice

So I just earned enough for a fixstat and I have a couple options I was considering, was wondering if anyone had thoughts/comments on the two I'm considering, capped Sylvan Empath.

The first nets a slightly lower stat total but doesn't hit my TPs quite as hard. The second nets me a slightly higher bolt AS and better logic bonus for exp absorption. The main reason I'm a little worried about the second option is if Empath CS eventually gets tweaked to count INF after the mental lists come out similar to the way Sorc CS works.

So it will be different. Still some good advice about stat placement. No need to get 100 logic for EXP gain when 96 might do the same thing (unless you plan on wearing enhancives).

I have a human empath and plan on tanking INT and maxing everything else out. The way I my stats are now, i'll need to have about 500 TPs saved up to prevent losing any skills, though. The TP hit from INF loss is huge for empath as that is one of their prime stats. Don't know if you can do something similar with sylvans, but its a thought.

Is that for a human empath? Cuz, if it is, it comes nowhere near when plugged into Tsoran's training spreadsheet. Those #s come out as:

With 58 Int, was only 659, so added the 1 into Int.

That was for a sylvan. Dis is really low but there were a few other options where you can have a few stats in the high 90s

I've honestly never really known what discipline is used for other than TPs, what will it hurt if I go the route of tanking it?

And regarding logic, I do most of my resting on a node, only using enhancives when my gift is up, so I'd prefer having my LOG bonus at a multiple of 5.

It's been hinted that discipline will form the basis of your TD for mental spells. Given several creatures at cap like to use mental-based magic, it might be worth looking into.
