My father had a heart attack nine years ago today.
Happy St. Patrick's Day!
I shall celebrate my newfound irishness with the masses in new york. However, I refuse to drink green beer or eat green shit like bagels.

I hate it when it's called St Patty's day. It's like Xmas just annoys me.
I'm going to get sloshed, and I like the Midnight to Midnight rules.

I'm going to see "The Proclaimers" tonight. You might remember them for their song "I would walk 500 miles" and the more recent "I'm on my way" (From the Shrek movie).
Not usually my flavor of music, but my girl likes it, and they're amusing to watch. We saw them once before (at the same venue) last year in June. And there were drunken Irishmen there at that time of year (the band is Scottish or Icelandic I think). God knows what I'll see there tonight.

I got to work all night long within 3 blocks of the bars uptown. Three within seeing distance. Bleh. Butte, Montana is HUGE on St Patty's day so it was amusing to listen to all the stupid drunks banging on the walls and doors.

I just liked seeing all the retired elderly ladies at work with the 10 differant shades of green, AND the pins on the jackets AND the stickers on the faces, AND the wearing of the green flowers... And it just happen to be cold enouph for them to wear the sweaters with the green clovers on them. Very cute.
I couldn't think of anymore AND's.:D
