Except HVAC ducts.

It may seem counter-intuitive, but never use it to seal duct seams, as it will almost certainly fail within a short period of time... often catastrophically.

That's awesome. And from what I saw in the pic with the damage, totally plausible: the frame didn't seem to suffer any damage.
