How do you activate it?

Look at it. If it has a line at the end of the show description about little felt-lined compartments or somesuch, it's a repair case. That looks like one of the prize cases from the siegery tournaments in Ta'Vaalor (I had an identical one).

If there are damaged minis in it when it's closed, they're repaired. Normally it would take 120 seconds of roundtime to fix each one individually. Cases rule.

Ah you're right. hrm now i want it heh. I thought it was junk since it didn't have scripts and unwearable like my other case.
