The helm and sheath were the original bandoliers, but with other fancy properties.

Nifty, but kinda broken now.

yeah, they're pretty much cool fluff for an assassin with a high price-tag due to the history.

Smurgeus ruined the Sheath of Onar. I'd pay ridiculous amounts for it still anyways...
