For those who still play but somehow haven't seen/heard otherwise, the House of Paupers is hosting Fireside Tales on Sat., Jan 23, at 9pm ET in the House of Paupers Triple Chalice Bar. Come participate and tell your best tale or sing your best song and win a prize in the following categories: Best Historic Tale, Funniest Tale, Scariest Tale, and Most Heart-Warming Tale. There will also be prizes for the best stories/songs overall. And, of course, this being Paupers, there will also be lots of free food and drink! Participants are asked to keep stories and songs to a length of 5 minutes or less. (Folks just coming to listen can drink until Paupers Officers decide to kick you out.)
Those who are thinking of competing and want a list of judges they can bribe and what bribes might work can get in touch with me. (I will state right now that Plur is not a judge for this contest.)
