cant get psinet on windows 7

got new computer and cant get psinet. please help

1. Open the Psinet directory
2. Right click on the Psinet2 logo
3. Run the Troubleshoot Compatibility option
4. After this is done right click and select Properties
5. Under the Compatibility tab, click Run program as administrator

This should make it work!

So I just realized that I forgot to mention that you need run Troubleshoot Compatibility on the install program as well.
