How much miu is needed to rub a haste imbed and have it cast without failure?

Same question for a srtength imbed...

I thought 6 would be enough but it was stunning me, then I bumped it to 10 and still got a random stun, now I have 15 and get no stuns but it casts like 1 out of 5 or so rubs..its a pain in the ass tbh

For haste, I was told six minimum (lots of failures), and twenty if you want few (or zero?) failures.

Keep in mind also that if you are encumbered or have injuries you need even more. I like for my characters to have 25-30.
