My lich started doing this:

[[LNet]--=keepalive=-]:

Every minute or so. I'm sure it's some option I accidentaly turned on; how do I turn it off?

Server or something is down. I imagine now that Spiffy left Lich will go downhill.

To stop that message put ;k lnet

To stop it for good you can go into the favs section and remove it from loading automatically.

No, it started doing this about two weeks or so ago, I just ignored it. It has nothing to do with Lnet being down or not, at least to the best of my knowledge.

Looks like the LNet script sends a keepalive. I wonder if you send a chat message at the exact same time if it shows up in the chat.

just squelch the string and it's gone, worked for me

If it happens consistently, and without lnet restarting, you just need to update lnet.

The server is not down. If it ever goes down, just email me at tillmen@gmx.net and I'll put it back up. If it appears to be down, you probably got a half-completed updated that I accidentally uploaded. To fix it:

;trust updater
;updater update

Lich is not going downhill... SpiffyJr's scripts may or may not go downhill, since I don't have time to work on both the main Lich code and his scripts, but I can fix any major problems that may come up in his scripts. Spiffy probably won't be gone for too long anyway.

What if I don't trust the updater? HUH?

Thank you for clarifying Tillmen.

Also - and don't get me wrong I love Spiffy and his work - he wasn't really back for that long anyway. So to say that it will go downhill without him doesn't make a lot of sense.

He got caught AFK scripting a few times and quit in a huff. Hopefully, he'll be back when he calms down.

Tillmen said he wasn't planning on staying around long when he did signup and that he would be back.

Yeah, he was talking about leaving at the end of his trial period before he got caught. I think the "huff" was invented by other people.
