wizard guild?

there an enchanting workshop in the teras wizards guild? I'm thinking of heading there to check it out for a bit, but just wanted to double check, and is there a secret to getting into it if so?

There is a workshop, no secret to get to it, you just go west from the entrance or something simple like that. The SENSE verb or even just the room name should confirm the right room. Oh and the guild is all the way south from the statue.
