Has anyone else noticed that critter perception has went up in the last few days?

Supposedly Elnath fixed a bug that made some BCS critters more perceptive than they should be, but damn, in the last few days black forest ogres and vipers and even the shit on the glacier are seeing me hide or sniffing me from hiding constantly. I think he may have broke some critters that weren't in need of a fix in the process of killing that bug. :mad:

What's your stats in hidding, and the stats in link with hidding? (reflex, intuition, or the one I don't know)

52 train dark elven rogue, 108 ranks of hiding, maxed out dex, reflex

but that's not really the point, I had no problems getting hidden or staying hidden til the last few days.

It would be the point, if you were 1Xing in hiding...

maybe the 30%-70%-95% for 1X, 2X, 3X was changed, or something.

Well, my first post implied I wasn't having problems before and that's why I asked if something changed or anyone else had noticed it.

If you're only doubled, then you shouldn't expect to be "perfect" at hiding. In fact, it should only be 70 or 80% for like-leveled things. So if you wanted to be able to hide from everything, should have tripled.

I'm not expecting to be perfect, but up until a two or three days ago, I WAS hiding at 70 to 80% of the time. Now it's less than 50%.

Not to mention, at 52 trains, the forest is above your head.

My rogue hunts the Blighted Forest as well. Triple trained at 59, haven't noticed anything different.
