I made an alias exactly like this ;alias set +wulf=ask task to add wulfguy

It made the alias fine. Now evry command I try to enter no matter through Lich or not ;list look ANYTHING results in the following

look
Lich bug: nested *?+ in regexp: /^(?:<c>)?(grif|^(?:<c>)?+wulf|^(?:<c>)?lchat2|^(?:<c>)?room|^(?:<c>)?sentsell)\b([^\r\n]+)?$/
Lich:5804
Lich:5307:in `initialize'
Lich:5307:in `new'
Lich:5307

If I type ;kill I exit the game. Help?. Actually that character cannot even connect to the game anymore

Try moving/renaming your lich.sav file

edit: c:\lich\data\lich.sav

this might fuck a lot of your stuff up, so don't delete it totally.. option 2: wait 'til someone who knows more reads this post!

actually you may be able to just open the file in a text editor and remove the "+" in front of wulf.

Fixed it!

After the reboot the alias was in the correct location and I could therefore edit it out.

Thanks anyhow Brute

You are apparently using Lich v3.56. This bug doesn't affect Lich v4. But more importantly, not being on my version of Lich means you did not get the server named changed for you. In case you didn't notice the other thread and change your scripts, the lichnet server is now lichproject.com.

Yeah I've not been able to use Lichnet.lic. I'll edit that in and see if that works. Thanks
