Is there a scripting command in stormfront, not lich (can't get lich to work), to prevent casting a spell when insufficient mana?

you can match the messaging for channeling to yourself. Simple fix for Wizard or SF.

Simply send ## mana to character name.

Two different messaging for if you have enough mana or if you don't

like this:
send 4 <me>
Channeling to yourself? That would accomplish nothing more than wasting your power!
send 173 <me>
You don't have that many points to transfer!
