Just to know...

I think being tired, not just a bit sleepy, but completely exhausted, rock!

you know, when you're really really going out of controls as you're becoming totaly sleepy.

You put yourself in the bed, stretch a bit, places the cotton blanket between your legs so no part of your body will touch any others (if you're me), and then, ahh...

The peace, the tranquilty...

It feels good when you're laying down finally about to sleep at that point.... but getting that exhausted sucks in general. I'm moody, achy, can't think straight, and just annoyed by everything.

The best feeling is being asleep and just resting, when you're the perfect temperature and the perfect setting to just sleep all day.

I dono about any other guys..I could just be a freak.. But there is NO SUCH thing as a perfect temperature. I'm constantly shifting and moving my body, cold, warm, cold, warm, all the time.

67 degrees is perfect, for me at least. Cold enough to feel the warmth of your partner, and warm enough that you can sleep uninhabited.

I'm one of those people who when my head touches the pillow I fall asleep. But since I injured my shoulder last year I wake up several times a night with numb arm and pins and needles sensations in my hand. Its so annoying, I've never had problems sleeping so this is literally a pain in the arm. I've had to totally change my sleeping style, so I sleep only on my back, but still roll over on the injured side. I MISS sleeping uninterupted.
