He's old as shit now. He can't hear or see and has lost most of his hair. It always sucks losing a pet but we've got no choice to put him down now.

He was born in 1992. RIP Samson.

17 is pretty damn old for a dog, he made a pretty good run. My black lab is going to be 12, I think his clock is starting to wind down. We got him on my 17th birthday.

That sucks, but most dogs don't even make it to 17 so you have that if nothing else.

I hope my dogs live to be that old.

So far, I've never owned a dog long enough to have it die (first had a skin condition so he became the vet's office pug, second almost attacked my best friend and was too aggressive for my mother to handle so he went to our rancher friends, third one my mother gave up to a college student when we moved across the country - without even fucking telling me!) so I'm seriously dreading it when one of my three current dogs goes down.

I'm sorry for your loss, man.

That pic is like from 1994. There was probably pearl jam playing in the background. It was our college rental.

And no I don't really have all that many pictures of her or Sammers for that matter.

Hehe the best part of that picture actually is the PeePee Decanter on the shitty tv.

Hell that whole picture is money if you think about it.

There is a shit ass old tv... crappy couch... denim dress... broom... pee pee decanter... vhs player... stair stepper... and vhs tapes... dirty towel...the black thing next to the towel is actually a shoulder holster.
