I'm gonna guess that Paco got IP banned and Coin slipped through somehow, but he's too stupid to use a proxy to keep trolling, making Coin effectively banned also.

He should have gotten banned for spamming (I'm sorry Jhinas!) His thread was deleted by an admin (presumably as spam), and then he posted it all over again.
