Internet/MEdia Net usage charges from AT&T for iPhone

For some reason my phone bill skyrocketed this month. All of it was a result of the following usage charges-

I think I'm getting dinged once for every time I open Safari or check my email. Since I obviously have the required $30 data plan, and I'm not traveling internationally at the moment, this is somehow AT&T's screwup, yes?

Anyone ever had something similar happen?

This month, I have a >200 dollar data charge. I'm unlimited data, as well. I'm planning on calling them this week.

Not on an iPhone, though.
