Ok, I have a question about Voln's symbol of blessing. Problem is when I attempt to bless my hammer I get:

A wave of power flows outward from you towards a silvery ora war hammer.
A soft white glow surrounds the hammer. Suddenly you are blinded by a brilliant flash of light as the hammer is forcibly wrenched from your hand, sending it clattering to the ground where it returns to its original color.
>get hammer
You pick up a silvery ora war hammer.
>examine hammer
You see nothing unusual.

There is nothing special about my war hammer, it is a plain-jane ora war hammer that I ordered custom-made from Tykel's Arms. Cleric's don't seem to have any problem blessing it, and the spells aren't supposed to be too dissimilar from what I understand. I get the same result whether I attempt this as above or purify it first with 1604, just don't get it. Any help would be appreciated.
