When you toggle the features to show on your character what do they all look like?
Odd Q I know but I'm really interested.

Wolf
You concentrate your focus upon the Aspect of the Wolf. Your vision takes on a slightly yellow hue, and you feel a stronger center of coordination and balance.
She has watchful lurid golden eyes
She has layered, coarse pale silver hair with ebon tips.
The golden distortion fades from your sight, and your balance returns to normal.
Jackal
You concentrate your focus upon the Aspect of the Jackal. A twinge of red passes through your eyes, as your thoughts turn toward waylaying your next quarry.
She has narrow deep maroon eyes
She has dense, thin tawny brown hair peppered with black and grey.
The redness fades from your eyes as your focus of the hunt returns to normal.
Lion
You concentrate your focus upon the Aspect of the Lion. You feel yourself infused with a regal air, as a wave of power ripples through your muscles.
She has imperious light amber eyes
She has thick, tousled tawny brown hair expanding in a mass around her face.
Your regal influence and extra strength swiftly drift away.
Panther
You concentrate your focus upon the Aspect of the Panther. A distinct awareness of the shadows surfaces to your thoughts, springing forth with the lucidity of a once-forgotten memory.
She has pale golden eyes and dusky grey skin.
She has sleek, glossy blue-black hair
Your extra awareness of the shadows steals away back into the recesses of your subconscious.
Owl
You concentrate your focus upon the Aspect of the Owl. A dawn of enlightenment rises over your consciousness, honing your comprehension of the flows of magic around and within you.
She has wide, expressive dark golden eyes
The moment of enlightenment and magical comprehension fades from your mind.
Hawk
You concentrate your focus upon the Aspect of the Hawk. You become more aware of the environs as every nuance of your surroundings comes into focus with sharp clarity.
She has watchful, piercing dark eyes
The degree of resolution in your vision diminishes as your perception returns to normal.
Rat
You concentrate your focus upon the Aspect of the Rat. Your thoughts drift inward, girding your mind with a strong determination and your body with great agility.
She has round beady black eyes
She has a small, twitchy nose
The strong sense of determination and agility fades from within you.
Porcupine
You concentrate your focus upon the Aspect of the Porcupine. A simple cognition bubbles to the front of your mind, broadening your understanding of events that previously went unnoticed.
She has tiny, round black eyes
She has lengthy, sharp black hair fading to a light grey at the tips.
Your increased cognition fades away, returning your comprehension to normal.
Bear
You concentrate your focus upon the Aspect of the Bear. You hear a deep bellowing reverberate through your mind, inspiring an invigorating fortitude that spreads to your very core.
She has large coal black eyes
She has shaggy, matted dark brown hair highlighted in tan.
Your ursine fortitude parts, returning your endurance to normal.
Serpent
You concentrate your focus upon the Aspect of the Serpent. Your skin suddenly feels a bit more scaled, and you notice a distinctly natural fluidity in your movements.
She has slit-pupilled deep viridian eyes and scaly, perfectly smooth snow white skin. (Note, that's the normal skin feature alteration I have, but prefaced by "scaly")
The scaliness of your complexion fades away, taking with it your natural-feeling fluid movements
Burgee
You concentrate your focus upon the Aspect of the Burgee. Grey-green diamond scales form across your skin, and you note that your shield arm feels somehow lighter.
She has circular, beady dark eyes and greyish green diamond-scaled skin.
The grey-green scales fade away from your skin, with your shield arm's reflexes returning to normal.
Mantis
You concentrate your focus upon the Aspect of the Mantis. A slightly uncomfortable pressure builds behind your eyes as you note an improved eyesight and renewed vigor in your weapon arm.
She has large, bulging celadon eyes and pale green skin.
You feel the pressure behind your eyes relent, as the movement in your weapon arm returns to normal.
Yierka
You concentrate your focus upon the Aspect of the Yierka. A gruff, yet contenting inspiration courses through your senses, putting you at one with the offerings and spirits of nature.
She has oval-slitted ruddy brown eyes and rough, olive green skin.
She has coarse, red-streaked dark tan hair sprouting from the center of her head and neck.
Your extra illumination of the natural fades with a final wisp of inspiration.
Spider
You concentrate your focus upon the Aspect of the Spider. You feel a tingling sensation shiver through your limbs as your field of vision darkens and expands.
She has bulbous, yellow-rimmed, featureless black eyes and smooth, ashen skin.
She has coarse, stubby black hair sprouting from her scalp and down her neck.
Thin, spindly fibers run down the length of her arms.
Your field of vision returns to normal as the tingling sensation in your limbs scatters away.
That is so awesome and thanks for taking the time to work that up for me.
Appreciate it :)

Yes, and blessing and summoning lore enhances the bonuses. Check out Carabele's site for the specifics.

Whatever you do don't use ASSUME SHIFT to toggle the features on/off while the spell is active. Your features get permanently stuck and unstucking them is a long process where you have to sit still.

hmm so with no lore it may be better to stick at 640 and then get 100s?

That's what I'm doing. Assume aspect isn't as important to me as 120 at this point, but I'll get it eventually.

Carabele's site has the lore bonuses for 650. The basic bonuses are something like +10 stat/skill. The "Assume" verb or the spell description on play.net will tell you what each aspect affects. Jackal improves ambushing skill, while Panther improves S&H skill, for instance.

really enjoying this. I use owl aspect before hunts to raise my TD and CS. it also gives me +2 spirit. so, owl aspect gives me 12/12, sign of wracking down to 7/12, then owl aspect wears off, down to 7/10. lets me wrack an extra time per hunt.
GREAT aspect for death recovery. Use it to get extra spirit every 4 minutes
Also - I was playing around with 650 and with either porcupine or owl up (i forget which one), I was able to get to saturated. Apparently, fry to the max while the aspect is up, once it wears off, you'll be saturated for a short time before your pulse. forget which one I used though.

thinking of dumping my canine for avian.. find myself using owl aspect the most.. so..
wondering how much it would be effected by the bonus?

How do you plan on switching companions?

don't you unlink one, wait a while, then sense out a new one?
No, you're stuck for life with your companion. It tells you that before you bond with your companion.

any figures on how much porcupine aspect helps with wall of thorns?
was thinking of a script - dodge.lic
would essentially record all of the hits you take and compile them
example:
Character: Jaeden
Hits taken since start: 1000
Percentage not blocked: 37%
Percentage blocked by weapon: 9%
Percentage blocked by shield: 11%
Percentage blocked by Wall of Thorns: 20%
Percentage evaded / dodged outright: 23%
etc...
could even have:
Percentage of foes immobilized by Wall of Thorns: 3%
[go2]>south
A triton executioner leaps from hiding to attack!
The thorny barrier surrounding you blocks the attack from the triton executioner!
One of the vines surrounding you lashes out at the triton executioner, scraping a thorn across her body! The triton executioner flinches slightly.
>
there is definitely a benefit of hunting in the same area as a ranger!
Character: Jaeden
Arghghg that will never stop reminding me of Jedi Academy!
