I've found an old item with four charges in it...just curious if anyone outside of a sorceror has ever used it...could be useful for some out-of-circle infusing, I suppose.

I think its trash since you need to use the runestones for every step of the process.

That is bizarre but useless, yes. Along with non-sorcerers no longer able to use the sorcerer runes, you need the sorcerer version of the infuse verb to make use of the spell. Cool item, though.
