4x DCW perfect mithril spikestar for?

a sharp and jagged mithril spikestar with a leather-wrapped onyx hilt

Looking for perfect two-handed weapons. Preferably a maul. Don't care if its steel but I would be looking for a bump in enchantment or coin to match the DCW and alteration maybe?

Also I would appreciate if anyone could give me an estimate as to what this is worth in silvers.
