Likely from the merchant that made merchant recharging staves of any spells, did like 40 staff and 30 or so wound up familiar

Sounds right to me paul, not a clue why so many people added pet either, but for like a year there were tons of those staves for sale, should be merchant rechargable at least even when empty.
