Star Wars all episodes 4+
Lord of the Rings all episodes 5+

Not only will I watch movies multiple times, I enjoy re-reading series of books. I'm at Fire & Ice in hopes I'll finish before the new book comes out.
Rocky IV: 40+
Tombstone: 10+

Most definitely I'll watch movies many times over. I even go through phases where I'll get hooked on one or two particular ones and see them many times before I'll move onto others.

GretchenWill you just change your SN to Gretchen please?
I've watched La Femme Nikita more times than I can count. Same for Pulp Fiction and Some Kind of Wonderful. I think we have close to 400 movies and I know we've watched all of them several times. Honestly. Why else would you buy a movie in the first place?

Star Wars originals 100+
Indiana Jones series 100+
Animal House infinity.
Shrek 1000x My little ponies 1000x Spongebog 1000X
Seriously I watch the same movies over whenever the whim strikes me. It keeps me out of doing bad things and I enjoy the movies so it's win win.

Did someone delete a post? I don't see that movie listed previously.
edit: nevermind, reread the first post.

I've seen Clerks and oceans 11 probably over 100 each.
When I lived in Idaho for a summer, Clerks was the only movie I had, so I watched it 2-3x a day, and fell asleep to it on.
oceans 11 is just a great flick.

My collection usually consists of movies that I know I will watch a few times over or I it is something I think will be a hard find later in life on DVD.
Top of my head, I think I have managed to watch the following movies at least 50 + times since I bought them.
The Way we were, Harry Potter collection, Same time Next Year, Fifth Element, Goonies, Crouching Tiger hidden dragon, Abyss, E.T.,Lucas, Nightmare before Christmas, Gladiator, Small Soldiers, Cool Runnings, Legend and Grosse Pointe Blank.

I DVRed The WIzard of Oz last night and watched it this morning for like the 50th time.
Half of those were with Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon playing over it though, don't know if that counts.

When I lived in a noisy neighborhood I would watch movies while going to sleep all the god damn time.
But I've watched movies like Predator, Rocky IV, Tombstone, and Big Lebowski dozens of times.

"Ever After" was my post-drinking-fall-asleep-to movie for years. Must have watched it 100 times. Cheesy, I know.
I'll watch Pride and Prejudice whenever I see it on - probably 20+ times so far. Love Jane Austen!
And, my shameful confession - I've watched Wall-E three times this week. TV sucks, and it's the only good thing on on-demand!

I cannot tell you how many times I've viewed the Rankin and Bass version of the Hobbit, Dune and Conan the Barbarian.

I've watched the first Matrix eight or nine times. It's weird, I don't like committing myself to actually going to the theaters/browsing the movie channels, yet I will watch the same movie, somehow, several times.

The answers to the initial post are as follows:
Braveheart: infinity
Clint Eastwood Westerns: at least until the point where you can't keep them straight anymore
Animal House: 2 or 3
Star Wars: I - 2, II - 3, III - 10, IV - 5, V - 100, VI - 5
Twilight: zero (0)

I do that.
Fifth Element, Star Wars (all) , Lord of the Rings (all), Tank Girl, Kung Fu Panda, Practical Magic and Charlies Angels. Hmm. Also Star Trek episodes. I could watch those over and over again. The other day I came home from work at 2am and noticed that TiVo had a present for me. STAR TREK MARATHON RECORDED. W00t.

I guess something must be wrong with me. I buy DVD's watch them once and they may never see the light of day after that. But for some reason when they make TV, I feel compelled to watch them.

I can't even count how many times I have watched the Evil Dead/AOD trilogy, or the original Star Wars movies. One of our favorite activities is to find someone who hasn't seen Army of Darkness and make them watch with us.
Others that figure close in my will watch at anytime queue (with at least 50+ each) are V for Vendetta, Boondock Saints, Fight Club, Pulp Fiction, Event Horizon, Vampire Hunter D, and the original Nightmare on Elm Street. If it wasn't for Hulu, they would probably all have been watched many more times by now.

I wouldn't watch a whole movie just for her though.

Well actually I don't keep a running tally I was throwing out a somewhat reliable number on a few movies. I'm sure if I made a complete list it would be a very long one and quite scary.
Dude, I’ve watched the Big Lebowski like 1m times. Dawn of the Dead. Amile. The Spirit Returns. Clockwork Orange.
I BUY DVDs that I want to watch.
Taxi Driver.
I’ll work anywhere, anytime.

:yeahthat:
Aliens, probably more than 500 times now.
Reality Bites roughly 100.
Lord of the Rings easily 50 but that means all three in a row.
Lock Stock and Snatch probably 50 too.
Fear and Loathing maybe 100.
Ironman 1 time.
The video to Purple Rain THE SONG not the film, maybe 1000 times.
I love them all equally.

Am I the only one who cant finish the Lock Stock & Barrels movie because of the linguistics?
The way those guys talked in that movie brought to mind My Fair Lady (with Audrey Hepburn) and I started doing Professor Higgins impressions. But I really couldnt take it after a while and never finished the movie. English people butchering Queens English should be a crime. :-/
No one talks like that in RL I promise.

I've watched Friday and Clerks atleast 20 times each, the former because my friend loved it, and played it on loop. The latter as it is awesome, but for the same reasons.
The Fifth Element - Atleast 10 times.
Minority Report - Around 10 times.
A Christmas Story - Atleast 20 times. They play it every year on loop.
Nat. Lampoon's Christmas Vacation - Watch it every Christmas
Can't think of any others off-hand.

I've either seen a movie once, or I've seen it a lot. I have no running totals or guesstimations on any of them. I've seen WAY too many movies to even list them all.
Although I will say that I could watch 300 almost every day. When I first got the DVD, I nearly did the first month.
