Veil Iron Flamberge - Not Blessable

I have a 5x veil iron flamberge that can't be blessed, but has no special properties. Should I do a BUGITEM, or is this normal for some veil iron stuff?

Well at least I'm not crazy. I thought I'd seen blessable veil iron before.

The old stuff is blessable. Anything made by the treasure system is not, and not player enchantable either.
