That's the greater white ora. The greater black have a mana recovery boost and a spirit regen negative (+1/-1).

yup, my black ora maul had the wisdom boost too

Did not see a wisdom boost when playing with Ezio's greater black ora mortuary sword.

The lack of wisdom bonus was a bug on the sword. After speaking with a GM, I've sent in a BUGITEM to correct it.
