parent-teacher stalking issue

So one of my female friends is having a problem with a parent stalking her.

The guy's totally creepy.

I suggested a PPO, CCW & Glock 9mm combo.

I can understand how this could be a difficult issue for someone to deal with..

anyone have suggestions on what she can do to protect herself? what might be some appropriate actions?

The problem that I am facing is that I do have skimpy outfit + tiny bikini photos from a day out on the lake & other good times BUT .. I would get in deep shit for doing that.. in addition to "discussing" a personal matter that really doesn't matter..
