I'm still wanting to make a deal for this item. I'm offering the following in trade, or can come up with a pretty decent pile of coins; more than the last offer that I heard if that gives the owner an idea. Here are my trade items if you prefer to go that route:

5x per day elemental barrier runestone (430).
5x ilthorn greatshield with +10 ranks of shield use.
+18 archaic villswood long bow with +14 ranged bonus and +2 INF bonus.

Lesser shroud (120) mage rechargable belt or medalion, your choice, both persistent.
Spirit shield (219) mage rechargable wand.
Deep blues (107) mage rechargable ring.

+30 veil iron mace.
+25 golvern hammer.

Etc.

The AS boost is extremely nice. Not undiscovered at all, just not heavily advertised.

+3 AS per un EBP'd attack for the cost of 5 stamina and 5 mana. This +3 AS bonus is cumulative, and uncapped.

Also, you can turn the bonus on and off at will, so you don't have to be losing stamina/mana every time you hurl.

I think that covers it.

As long as they don't Evade, Block or Parry, it adds +3 to your AS per throw.
