It's hard to evaluate. SWCP is not terribly useful, but you might still get 12-15 for it.

Thanks much, I was figuring on just buying PP points and putting it to HCP, whats the value change on that?

Assuming you can get 12 for it, sell it, buy a plain suit of 7x for much less and pad that. You'll come out a little more ahead that way, at least.
