The MB 13m
This armor, is in my opinion, great for a capped empath or cleric. You get it padded with PPs, and you have pretty much auction quality armor. My empath wears it, I've recommended it to many others. It is good stuff. Puncture resistance is what you want at cap.

It imparts a bonus of +35 more than usual.
It is slightly resistant to slashing attacks, slightly vulnerable to crushing attacks, moderately resistant to puncturing attacks, and incredibly resistant to fiery attacks.
Permanent resist to slash, perm vuln to crush, perm resist to puncture. Temporarily (~400 fire hits) 95% resistant to fire (regyy flavor).
