No, they are all fresh, but you can get them filled to 40 charges each at EG.

Dunno how well they will sell, no one really bit on my lot of 24 from before at 500k a piece...One or two guys PM'd me, but have yet to respond so I chalk it up to a loss for now.

I'll just have a friend recharge them for me and keep'em if need be
