Still one pair left. The recharging merchant has been around twice already, doing various things, and I expect them to be around to recharge your own spiritual spell-based items, and that's what these are: never been charged, probably never been used come to think of it, and ready for charging.

Why not walk away from the EG with a pair of fully charged ones?
