>>Would there be a way to code messaging that can be displayed when you type EXP (under the Lumnis Messaging) to show when you have an active RPA mod going?

Yes, and this is now live. Players currently under the effects of an experience multiplier Role Playing Award (RPA) can now tell via some added messaging appended to the EXPERIENCE verb's display.

(blah blah blah)

Your mind is as clear as a bell.

Your recent adventures echo powerfully in your mind.

How does one win an RPA? Do the GMs bother to watch the Landing or is really just for people in the remote areas.

Most commonly by participating in an activity that a GM is running like a random appearance by a GM npc, a merchant, any ongoing storylines. Running to these events for this reason causes a lot of shit-slingling back and forth between "casual" players and those who feel like "GM hounds" are invading their town/storyline/whatever.

You can also get them for random stuff you do in the game that catches someone's attention. And there is a roleplay nominate verb to tell staff that you like what someone is doing.

I got tested to see if I was afk scripting once, basically some wind caused my bag I had my fletching supplies in to close. I responded, relatively blandly (along the lines of "there's some strong wind today") and got an RPA for it...

Roleplay nominated got abused in the most hilarious ways when it was released. I hope that still holds. I once got an RPA for nominating myself, citing that I deserved it after interacting with a GM because I didn't blatantly break character to suck his dick.

Typically, you'll want to walk into a room and do things like this:

You belt out, "I want a broadsword LOL BRIELUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

etc.
