"Our Card Dealers are "All In"

The Casino de Montréal now offers fifteen Texas Hold'em Poker tables with card dealers. Limit and No Limit games are offered, with bets of $1 to $2 on three tables and higher bets on twelve other tables. Ten electronic Texas Hold'em poker machines remain available for clients who prefer this mode. Choose your game!"

What does it mean by "our card dealers are "all in"" ?

I wouldnt think they would deal themselves in?

All in is a poker term where you bet all your chips on one hand. In the case of the dealer being all in, I'm sure it's just a promotional turn-of-phrase, the casino doesn't play, in poker.

The dealers are actually at the casino. It's a bad pun.

In Montreal most poker tables do not have a human as a dealer and physical cards, it's a computer dealer and your cards as well as the chips and pretty much the entire game is on a touchscreen via a computer.

Think of it as online poker but you just physically sit with your opponents.

Some people like it, others prefer real chips and a human dealer.
