I'm back from a 9 year hiatus and just installed this as well and am getting the same error.

I thought it was because I'm currently in China and the great firewall was blocking it, but if other people are experiencing it then maybe that's good. For me, at least.

you get a connection refused when ever (max mana + max stamina)/discipline bonus (mod6) is prime.

Or when the psinet server is down.

I've heard Jamus is workin on it and that it'll be back at 100% soon. Course I could be wrong but I thought I heard him say that himself.

Jamus said he would be working on it but he can't afford the fees anymore. He was asking what was wrong with Psinet and all that. So, I'm assuming he's working on it.

I'm just happy to see him back. :)
